FAQ | Computer Freezing

What if my computer keeps freezing when accessing ARMS?

1) Restart your computer.

2) Open Windows Explorer.

3) Open the ARMS directory(Usually C:\ARMS)



4) Open toolsw.exe



5) From here Rebuild the a!info.dat file and restart your computer.

6) Restart ARMS.

If your computer is still freezing this is usually due to a problem on your local machine. Try the following solutions:

a) Please run a virus scan and make sure that there is no spyware or adware on your system. Check out Norton for antivirus and spyware software.

b) Check with your Network Administrator/IT Support Person that your computer is able to access your network.
