FAQ | What is an Error Code 80 and How Do I Fix It?

An error code 80 (a!info.dat) indicates the data file needs to be rebuilt. This error only appears if two users try to update the same file simultaneously.

Often rebuilding the data file will fix this problem. Here's the steps to help:

1) Before commencing this correction process, please ensure all other users have shut down their workstations.

2) Select Tools.


4) Select Data Files Tab

5) Locate and select the file to be rebuilt. Click the Rebuild Button.
