FAQ | Connecting Workstations
If ARMS is working correctly on your server, but you are having difficulty
with your workstations, it is usually a local network issue. First make
sure the network cables are plugged in and that the network is functioning.
You may need your IT Support person to help you get your network running
smoothly.
When connecting to the ARMS server for the first time a
box will pop up asking for the name of the server. Enter the
name of your server. Leave the download data directory untouched unless
directed to change it by ARMS Support.
