Accessing Data From Last Month

When you run the End of Period update it makes an automatic backup of the monthly data to the machine that you have run the End of Period update on.

When you restart ARMS on that machine there should be a Calendar icon on the top right of the title bar.

Click on the Calendar icon to access data from last month, which allows you to perform all functions within the program as usual, but by referencing data from last month.

Therefore you can print Statements etc from data from last month.
